Refund & Return Policy
At BottlePope, we aim to provide our customers with a safe and transparent shopping experience. Consumers within the European Union are entitled to statutory withdrawal and consumer rights.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the withdrawal period.

You may submit your withdrawal request by email in any clear form. For example:
“I hereby withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following goods: [product name]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Customer name: [name].”
Returns
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the goods is generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with BottlePope.
Please ensure that the goods are securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Refunds
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.
Condition of Returned Goods
Customers are required to handle the goods with reasonable care. If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for any resulting diminution in value to the extent permitted by law.
In the case of opened, damaged or otherwise altered products, an appropriate deduction for any resulting loss in value may therefore be made from the refund where legally permitted.

Where possible, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and the goods. We will then assist you with the further process.
Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.
