1. Scope
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided in the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for conclusion of the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms & Conditions in text form. You can also view the contract text in your customer login.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and during the checkout process.
4.2 Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
Delivery is made exclusively to persons who have reached the legally required minimum age for the purchase of alcohol in their respective country.
Age verification is carried out via DHL Age Check 18.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory VAT, if applicable.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Cash on Delivery (only if collection possible)
PayPal / PayPal Express
To pay via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your account data, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction is processed immediately after order submission.
Credit / Debit Card
Payments via supported credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are processed directly in the Shopify checkout. The charge is made immediately after order completion.
Bank Transfer / Prepayment
You transfer the invoice amount to our business account after placing the order. The goods will only be shipped after full receipt of payment. Banking details are provided during checkout.
6. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any additional guarantees and their exact terms can be found on the respective product page and on special information pages in the online shop.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
